When Rodgers wins a supper bowl with the Jets then retires

bitoni: “see, he only played 1 year. Told you guys it wasn’t worth it.”

The question will be ... was it his "Last SUPPER" ?

if the Jets win a SB under rodgers I'll happily eat that crow

Happily

my real concern is that declines don't stop, they keep declining

guys don't get better with age

why does GB need to get rid of him so bad? to have extended preseason with Jordan Love? or maybe he's just not very good anymore

As long as we don’t give up like 2 1st rounders, I think we will be ok

“Not good” >>>> complete abomination at the QB position.

My one and only desire this offseason is to ensure there’s enough buffers at QB that I never have to see Zach Wilson on a football field in a Jets uniform ever again.

If it’s Rodgers, great.  if it’s Tannehill + Minshew/White, also great.

I think that’s a lock regardless. I can’t imagine a scenario where Zach ever recovers from having his entire team—from owner to the front office on down to every player—literally begging to have him replaced. If Zach’s reps are any good, they’ll extricate him from Florham ASAP.

Last i heard (from Joe D an, Woody and Saleh)  they all "still believed in the young man" ... and "think they can maximize his potential" ... even recall an Garett Wilson interview supporting Zach.

And they all ended those statements by saying “Baby, it’s not you; it’s me.”

Lamar for the cash is demanding is by far the riskiest move of all.

not compared to 74 for AR...

11 games missed is not exactly terrible

besides we don't know the real numbers for sure he will end up with

He’s not far over the hill and does not have personality issues.  These two points have been regurgitated endlessly yet no one has been able to prove either.

If Rodgers plays at his worst (last year), it’s still better than Derek Carr.

You say this with a straight face?

His wishy washy  behavior every year is not a fact?

He is closer to an AARP  card than his draft year.....

Lovely way to spell it out without saying nothing... Most people should understand this though... It's also interesting that bahktiari restructured so he would only be 1 million or so against the cap for the team that trades for him... Maybe this was part of getting packers to eat money and get a 1st or 2nd rounder... Instead of trying to restructure Rodgers contract... Just a thought

Yes and Joe D has been known to be so very truthful with his public comments.
