It's basic stuff, or teams would run crazy s__ like that every game. #68 was lined up as the left tackle, not some extra flanker/TE slot. They're all about fluff. So, basic idea, #68 was ...too quiet reporting? refs not playing attention? He has no other reason to go anywhere near a ref other than to report.
