Scottsdale police would not confirm the report. BY PHILIP CAULFIELD / NEW YORK DAILY NEWS FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2014, 12:33 PM Troubled ex-Miami Dolphins lineman Richie Incognito has been admitted to a psych hospital in Arizona, according to a report. TMZ reported that Incognito was checked into a psychiatric care center in Scottsdale on Thursday night after police there filled out a petition to have him admitted. According to the site, city protocol allows Scottsdale cops to petition to have someone admitted if they've shown psychiatric instability in two separate cases. It isn't known what Incognito did to trigger the petition. A Scottsdale police spokesman said the department would not comment on the report.
