I love it when they play the Pats and they dont get those calls, Tomlin always gets pissed. Makes for fun TV. Williams getting about 8 yards a carry in the game, he is 33. fusionCA Posted September 13, 2016 Share Posted September 13, 2016 can someone help me understand a rule? twice I saw the Rams called for defensive holding but the Niners made the first down anyway , so I thought in this case the penalty is declined and they get the first down. but twice the refs added (that's what the ref said) the 5 yard penalty to the end of the run was that always the rule or did it changed?
