On Friday, August 2, the Jets Green & White Practice Scrimmage will be held at HighPoint.com Stadium at Rutgers University. This event is free and open to the public and will feature a gameday-like atmosphere, along with fan entertainment and family-friendly events. Festivities will start at 3:00 p.m. near the Rutgers Block R Party area, including appearances by Jets Flight Crew Cheerleaders, Jets Fest, Jets Experience and the Jets Shop. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. and practice will begin at 7:00 p.m. A pyrotechnic show will take place at the conclusion of practice. Green and White Practice Scrimmage is presented by M&T Bank.

Fan Experience and Amenities at the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center

For open practices, fans can take advantage of bleachers for enhanced viewing (over 1,000 fans), a shuttle service to and from the parking lot (Realogy at 175 Park Avenue), water stations close to the field, sunblock stations, cooling zones, a food court provided by Village Supermarkets and a fan zone fully equipped with family-friendly activities. Fans will also enjoy Training Camp staples including Jets Fest, featuring skills challenges, music, inflatable rides, and the Jets Shop tent filled with new merchandise for the 2019 season.

Players will continue the Jets tradition of signing autographs for fans after practice along the fence line. However, autographs are not guaranteed for every fan in attendance.

Season Ticket Holders can earn 250 Jets Rewards bonus points when attending any open practice and/or the Green & White Practice Scrimmage. In addition, there will also be a discount on merchandise. Club/PSL Holders will receive a 25% discount while Non-PSL Holders will receive a 15% discount.

Gen Jets Kids Club Presented by M&T Bank

At all Open Practices and the Green & White Practice Scrimmage, members of the Gen Jets Kids Club presented by M&T Bank, will have a kids-only player autograph area. Space is limited to the first 125 kids each day on a first-come, first-serve basis, so parents are encouraged to check in their children at the Gen Jets tent upon arrival.

Summer Camp Days

Returning for 2019, the New York Jets again will invite select local summer camps to view practice at Atlantic Health Jets Training Center.  Practice on August 1st and 13th will be exclusively attended by children from area day camps.

Just to compare, the Browns and Ravens each have 15 practice dates that are open to the public. Others may have even more, don't know. Jets need to loosen things up a bit here.

New coaches, new systems to be installed on both sides of ball. Let them keep things under wraps.

Plus, it's in New Jersey so, I wasn't going anyway. :)

It hasn't been this since.  Since Todd brought the team back to the facility, open practices have been very scarce.

I'm just happy they are all on weekends so I could make them.

I'll be there rocking my "F**K the Patriots" Kelly Green shirt again that has now become tradition for me, and people seem to remember, so that's cool.

Also since losing about 60 pounds since the beginning of the year, it'll be a much nicer fit too haha

Bummer, only 4 dates within 2 weeks. Looks like I won’t be able to make any of them. Kids enjoyed it last year. Too bad. Ravens and browns have 15 dates each. Jets should make more practices available for the fans IMO.

please PM your PSL code

Except they've always been stingy with the public practices. I attribute it to tightfistedness -- they don't want to pay for the extra staff to handle the crowds. It's short-sighted, penny-wise, pound-foolish thinking. Getting more fans involved in practices creates more interest, more ticket sales and probably more fans, especially young ones.

Construction around the facility has killed parking, that's why they have so few dates

open to the public

The Johnson brothers should have bought that property for parking and there wouldn't be an issue.

I attended last year and they shuttled everyone in and out on a school bus it worked well.

They've been doing it every year since it went back actually.  Just different locations each time.  The first year they had it there where the buses go to turn around right before dropping you off was the parking space.  I believe they moved it because so many people ended up getting ticks on them walking back and forth haha

I remember parking and walking the first year training camp was at Florham Park.

That was the main way, but there were shuttles available, but you did have to wait a while.  Kinda like getting the cart ride once your in the facility.  It was there, but if you were able to walk, you would have been better off haha

It's not a far walk.

This owner has done nothing for the PSL holder.

We get first dibs at the tickets which are very limited.  And we are allowed up to 6 tickets per account, another perk.  They are open to the public in 3 days per the Ticketmaster reservation system.  PSL and season ticket holders have first dibs.  As we should.
