As the group is gathered, one of the members sees a slight glint from the setting sun. They walk over to it as the others are discussing the new plans of action. It is a small glass bottle with an even smaller envelope in it. The member squints to see the tiniest of script "OPEN NOW". 

The member looks around at the others, lost in their bickering. He breaks the glass and does what it says. "YOU HAVE REGAINED THE ABILITY TO VOTE ON DAY 1."

Verbal can now place a vote but cannot unvote.

Some players have abilities that only work at night.  You won't know who did what unless game mechanics call for that, or the player states it.

 

A "Tracker" could see who visited who (and used an ability on them, potentially), but it's not something everybody can do.
