hoping4ASuperBowl
As good as the 49ers D is, Alex Smith doesn't have a prayer to try and keep up with Brees.
Blackout
but does he need to? he just needs to throw maybe 2 TDs and no INTs frank gore gets the rest

JoeWillie
I put 200 down on NO to win Super Bowl when I was in Vegas back in April. Got 15 to 1. Go, Drew.
CTM
Brees is not nearly as good away from home, especiall this year. Still I can't see SF winning or even keeping it close....

JoeWillie
I think the Giants control this week's game with the running game on offense and their pass rush on defense, and upset the Packers in Green Bay. I think New Orleans goes to San Francisco this weekend and blows out the 49ers. Giants go to New Orleans in NFC Championship Game and lose a close game. New Orleans beats the Pats in the Super Bowl. I win 3 grand. C'mon baby ... make it happen.
SenorGato
Brees is unstoppable. No, that would be Eli Manning.

indygirl4jets
The Saints beat the 49er's , no doubt! Packers beat the Giants and then it's a show down of the two best QB's in the league. Brees vs. Rodgers at lambeau field. that's going to be a great game!
Skeet Ulrich
Never underestimate homefield advantage. I think the Saints will win, but it won't be a blowout and I wouldn't be shocked if SF pulls it out.
Blackout
Brees is not nearly as good away from home, especiall this year. Still I can't see SF winning or even keeping it close.... even though SF keeps it close or beats almost everyone this year??
Blackout
a show down of the two best QB's in the league. Brees vs. Rodgers at lambeau field. you don't want to put Tim Tebow in that discussion?
indygirl4jets
you don't want to put Tim Tebow in that discussion? I like Tebow and he definitely has potential to be one of the best QB's in the league. If they beat the Patriots this weekend I'll like him even more! T0mShane
I thought you weren't allowed to win this way? Derp Two pass rushers, two ILBs that can run, a safety, a TE and an elite back and the Jets are right there.
Skeet Ulrich
Yeah teams and QB's should never get credit for winning one let alone 4......just ask our resident experts. That's why I give Rex and Sanchez a great deal of credit for 2009 and 2010. It's incredibly difficult. The Jets need to find a way to win the division and play at least 1 home game. CrazyCarl40
Wait. Alex Smith isn't an elite QB. Drew Brees is. I'm so confused.
CTM
I have the niners today.. Never thought Brees was in the Brady/Manning/Rodgers league, and NO is a different team on grass.. I think I'll still end up sweating this, but def got lucky with teh Thomas fumble and the ST turnover
