LRJets
The Jets haters were trashing the Jets for having so many quarterbacks. Now we're down to four with Simms at the exit threshold. Watch us acquire another quarterback. I think Sanchez with some good weapon options can fare satisfactorily while Geno is in the wings. He admittedly has seen a lot in his four seasons. Pressure games (his first two years) Cold weather Starting players out Tebow

The Crusher
I was thinking the samething , he can still throw a good long ballVincenzo bleeds green, white and extra virgin olive oil. He is old so only good for 6-8 games. Just enough to acclimate Geno. This is a NO brainer.

73andMe
One good thing. Better to find this out about Garrard now, than on opening day or in the middle of the season. Now, at least we have a little time to take advantage of some options and they're aren't many! Should be interesting. Often good things happen from unexpected changes in events. Gastineau Lives
I don't understand the whole mentality of needing a grey beard quarterback to mentor your young qb. What the **** are we paying the quarterback coach to do?

What the **** are we paying the quarterback coach to do? why doesnt it make sense? its not that hard QB coach teaches qb about technique and stuff. He doesnt teach about how to handle the media or outside stuff that can get in the way an old vet teaches the qb how to be a professional in the league Edited May 16, 2013 by jetsjetsjetss

They don't handle the media and "outside stuff"? Also, now let me get this straight, because it's obviously very easy, but weren't many qb coaches professional players OR have spent a good amount of time around the game and all the "outside stuff"? You know what else isn't that hard? To see that you're full of sh*t, you've never even been within sniffing distance of a professional locker room. How about you give me an example of this precious advice about "outside stuff"? Hypothetically speaking, of course.
