Marcus Williams needs to start over Cro.

Sometimes coaches are forced to reevaluate their decisions. Starting Cromartie over & over after his subpar play is a beat writers dream. If you've noticed these guys are getting back to the business of writing about the play on the field not that BS that goes on off of it.

Just recently there was an article about Coples possibly losing his job. These guys need to ask the right questions during these press conferences like, "how many more times do you have to see Cro get burned for TDs before he gets benched" and "why isn't Lorenzo getting more snaps when Coples is invisible?" Just like Rex these coaches are too damn loyal to these players. I hate Belichick but he would have benched Cromartie already.

In limited action Williams has the most INT's on a team thats one of the leaders in takeaways. 3 of those INT's came in crucial moments, 1 being an INT to keep a team from scoring at halftime and 2 INTs to end a game.

I dont want to see Cromartie for the rest of the year.

Marcus Williams looks like a legit NFL CB.   Even when he isn't making interceptions he always seems to have tight coverage and a play on the ball.   Williams should start opposite Revis and Cro should sit his ass on the bench.

I dont know..Cro always does this crap where he plays poorly and then all of sudden has a 3 pick game one returned for a td...you guys decide. [GOES TO MAKE SANDWICH]

He's been playing poorly all season. He's given up 6 touchdowns in 8 weeks. Skrine has been roasted too.

Brady, Carr and Bortles all lit them up. And there was pressure today so you can't lay blame there this week.

Williams on the outside has been great. His time at safety not so much. Pryor gets healthy, Williams plays for Cro and Cro returns kicks.

Also, Walls played on the outside for two or three series when Marcus was out for whatever reason. He was only targeted once and it was incomplete. Locked down his receivers pretty well and was in on that fumble recovery.

rewatched game; williams got burned a few times too.  Not sure why there wasn't safety help over the top on the Cro touchdown.  Mostly, as our pass rush slows down, are DBs get exposed - just as you would expect.

There is rarely safety help because of blitzing. Most guys are left one on one.

Not going to cover the 2 TD's he gives up -  aside from the 3-4 big plays that set up other scores.

Screw him - he was shot when he left here -  bringing him back was arguably the dumbest thing the current regime has done with this D.

The money they pissed away on him is sickening - but eat it and keep him off the field except to return.

Outside of the Raiders game, it seems like everytime he's on the field the guy makes an impactful play. And in that Raiders game he was playing a position he wasnt used to (Safety).

He does look like a legit CB and we were definitely seeing the signs last year.

Can cro play FS? Since we lack safeties at the moment. Don't know if moving Gilchrist out of his role compromises Bowles Defensive plans or not. I know it's not as simple as just putting Cro at safety.

Cro at safety would be a disaster. Doesn't like to tackle. The Jets need to get Pryor back healthy.
