Namath shouldn't be mixed in with the current players, but have his own personal space either to the left of "JN" or between "JN" and "JetNation.com."

Make Namath part of the logo. Sanchez, Ladanian, & Revis should be on the right.

Also, I'd change the varsity jacket style letters for "JN." Too collegiate, not enuff pro.

EDIT: I personally believe Martin is the best Jet ever and I have followed him his entire career and he is my favorite player, so I have no idea why he's not up there already.

As long as you could post the stock JetNation banner (same, except without photos), I'd give it a shot for free. I'm decent with GIMP, and if you're decent with blending layers, it's not too hard.
