Looking at that list:  Glennon will make money, and there is a good chance Geno is No. 2 on that list (assuming Cousins isn't on it- and not sure if Taylor gets the injury protection).

Remember when people were freaking out about not picking up Nassib?

Wow what a stink pile. Realistically it's Glennon if you was to go all in on a guy, or Tyrod (Should the Bills let him go). If you want hold the Fort Vet it's McGloin.

The rest makes Geno look like Elway. The NFL really needs a development league for young QB's.

Don't forget Romo, Cutler, Tyrod, Kaepernick, and a few others are likely to be let go. Geno is probably 10th on a list that includes all available QBs this offseason. Hoyer is likely to get a better chance at a gig than Geno. That's how toxic he is and how bad he is at football. Geno will be coming off of a surgery and lucky to find a #2 or #3 gig on a roster.

I really don't like Glennon at all, but he is the best of a real bad lot. Tyrod Taylor would be the guy of Buffalo is dumb enough to let him go. He is the definition of a caretaker QB however and is not going to take anyone to a SB. Note to Macc ; Gotta draft a QB again. Hackenberg looks like a bust fro everything they are saying, can't throw it in the ocean. Any ocean Woody.

Wasn't there some great Garappolololol buzz about Nassib a pre-season or two ago? Like, that he looked the part and stuff?

Anyway, I like that Mac says Petty "has starter potential". I think that's promising, considering he only says he likes Hack "as a prospect". I hope we're in a position where we are signing a FA to be the #2 or #3.

The "they" is made-up sources and/or people that were jockeying for position before the firings happened.

Hackenberg should be given a degree of commitment by the team, towards his development. Making him the #4 QB and letting him stand around for a year is NOT development. It's putzing around.

Same goes for Petty. Commit to the act of developing these guys. Don't just say you're doing it, and then have them get table-scraps for reps and opportunities.

We can all agree that we need a vet for next season.  So if we draft another project, Hack needs to be cut.  We proved to the NFL that you can't carry 4 QBs on your roster.  Hack might as well be on IR all year.

Dec 17th, 2017 pre game presser:

Manish:  Coach Bowles the Jets are 2-12 and totally out of it, why are you not giving Christian or Bryce the start this week?

Bowles:  We feel Kellen gives us the best chance to win.

Manish:  Which Kellen?  Moore or Clemens?

Bowels:  Either, or.

Romo, I'm starting to think will just get traded.  Too many teams out there looking for QBs to a point where I think some team will give up a pick for him.

From this list, Geno is the second guy, IMO, in terms of talent and upside.  He may not get a starter gig, but he will absolutely get a high No. 2 salary at minimum.  No one was going to produce with the surrounding cast he was provided with in his first two years.

It's funny how you break down film every week to watch QBs play and you still think Geno has upside. That pretty much says it all. I wouldn't be surprised if Geno struggles to find a job at all.

I broke down Geno this year as well, showcased his good throws and bad throws, and provided the evidence there as well.  If you want to disagree with it, that's perfectly fine.  If you think the analysis was wrong, those articles are still there, show me where it's wrong.

4 of those guys are former Jets QBs :(  Maybe in like 7 more years all of the FA QBs will be former Jets QBs...

Geno's turnovers (and insane number of pick 6's), combined with his locker room presence and injury could mean he's on the street for wayyyy longer than his fans think.

Agreed, Geno's social media performance this year and his injury are going to make him less appealing to sign.
