Ok here's my take. In a perfect world we could get Boldin, pricey but catches everything and is a workhorse. I don't know how he'd feel being here with Eric Smith on the coaching staff though.

Brandon LaFell, Decker, Meachem, Riley Cooper, Ted Ginn Jr, all guys I think make this team instantly better. All cheap even if you have to bid them up you're starting low

Ginn might not be a bad choice.  He can handle returns and be a receiving option. I'd be interested in how they think he fits with MM.  I'd think they'd want more Kerley, Edelman types (punt returners over kick returners) but he was supposedly a good soldier in Carolina.  I'd guess his price will be a little too high.

I was thinking that if we are going to lose Stephen Hill who was a project, then let's try and see how Ted Ginn Jr does as a similar speed guy who also had a couple years now to develop. Also yes his return abilities.

Decker doesn't fall under the cheap category. Besides that I agree

Ideally we'd sign Santana Moss, Jerricho Cotchery, and Plaxico Burress

Profootballtalk reports that free agent Riley Cooper is more of a priority for the Eagles to re-sign than Jeremy Maclin.

It's PFT's Mike Florio's understanding that "it's not even close." This contradicts a Philadelphia Inquirer report from last weekend that the team would prefer to re-sign Maclin over Cooper. Florio has been all over Cooper this month. Last week, a source informed PFT that Cooper will be in "significant demand" once free agency opens March 11. Cooper doesn't have quite the injury history Maclin does and broke out in coach Chip Kelly's offense in 2013. Maclin is still an unknown to the current Eagles staff. Both players would have suitors on the open market.

Good . Much rather Maclin back in MM's system than Cooper. Only down part of it is the fact he's coming off the injury.

During the combine, the ticker on NFL Network mentioned Maclin acknowledging he would probably have to do a 1 year "prove it" deal after coming off his knee surgery.  If true, I can deal with that.

There was a blurb on rotoworld just below the previous one posted that said Maclin is close to signing a one year "prove it" deal and it'll be done prior to the start of free agency.  I can only imagine that means Maclin truly wants to stay in Philly and part of that offense, as I can't imagine his agents want him to sign one before even testing the market,
