Your team needs to be centered on the QB, and all resources, to include the Head Coach and Coaching staff, MUST be based on the development and protection of the QB. Jeff Fisher had double the success and gravitas of Bowles and was unceremoniously $hitcanned for McVeigh. This team MUST get an offense minded staff in place and build around Sam.
