I actually feel bad for Fields. These teams draft QBs and do nothing to surround them with the talent needed are just idiotic. When you draft a QB in 1st round, you better make sure you already have the firepower (Pittsburgh) or use most of  your draft capital/Cap space to get that firepower (Jets). Otherwise, you really never know if the kid is a keeper. 

Even Josh Allen was a sub 60pct comp guy his first 2 years until they added Diggs.

Fields will be traded to the Panthers next year.  It's destiny.
