I’m hearing he might be playing LT once he’s back in the lineup

That seemed to be what Saleh was suggesting in his press conference. Then in the next breath he said they want to “keep it simple” and stop moving guys around so much on the OL. So … who knows? Saleh is very good are keeping everyone guessing.

Can he play this week or does he have to practice 21 days before he can play?

The designation to return means he is eligible to practice right away.  He needs to be elevated to the 53 man roster within 21 days of being designated to return, which can happen at any point.  He can technically play as early as this week, but if that was the case, the Jets likely would have designated him to return earlier so he could get more practice time.

Ticket's been giving up a lot of pressures for a LT.

I think I'd keep him there though to see if he's worth a tender.

77 was the Big Turnstile last Sunday and Thibodeaux unfortunately had a Metro Card.  Bosa and Mack are licking their chops. Gonna need Hackett to try and dial up some misdirection plays and lots of play action to try and keep them off guard - unfortunately he hasn't really shown much ability to do that thus far.

If they do put DB at LT and move Becton... again, it says more about their faith in Max Mitch than anything.

Not necessarily.....

Max Mitchell at RG is an improvement over Turner.

And as much as I like what Becton has done this year at LT, he struggled mightily against Thibodeaux last week.

Duane Brown to return to practice this week (usatoday.com)

From within the article:

Saleh indicates that LT Duane Brown is one of their best 5 OLM, adding that his shaky performance early in the year might have been due to rushing him back from his rehab. He adds that Brown is in good shape. Reading between the lines, it sounds like Becton-to-right tackle isn't off the table. #Jets

Head coach Robert Saleh told reporters on Wednesday that the team will be opening the 21-day practice window for tackle Duane Brown.

The Jets now have 21 days for Brown to practice while still not taking up a roster spot. By the 21st day, the Jets must either activate Brown or shut him down for the rest of the season.

The 38-year-old has not played since Week 2 due to a hip injury.

Saleh said that when Brown returns to the field, he will play left tackle, meaning that Mekhi Becton -- who has done a nice job on the left side -- will slide back to the right tackle spot.

whoever predicted that move is a football genius

He should play LT - Becton RT

Would be amazing to get Tippman back too and this OL is salvageable.

They are the worst OL this year. And who would of thunk it that Mekhi would be the Ironman out of the group.

Except the 20-20 Hindsight Prognosticator, of course. Those guys are never wrong. How do they do it?
