Woody has always ponied up the cash to make the team better. Owners do not know football. That’s why they hire GMs assistant GMs etc…Woody is not the issue. It’s the impatience of the fanbase and media that never allow the vision to materialize….why is Saleh and JoeD have to be on the hot seat?? Why? Joe D had an amazing draft and the team is pointing upwards it just could not overcome the injuries and bad QB play. The D went from the bottom of the league to top 10. That’s progress. Just because we didn’t go from worst to first in a year doesn’t mean people need to be on the hot seat.
