Yeah, still no. Those two aren't even kinda sorta similar. Francouer couldn't hold Heyward's jock as a player before this year.

Francoeur lit it up big time when he first arrived, and always played a fine RF with with one of the best arms at the position. Granted Heyward is the better all round outfielder and a fine one. But Offensively Heyward looks just like him. A big slow swing.

Look how that caught up to Francoeur. Heyward looks like the the same thing is happening to him. He'll never live up to that big year offensively. Francoeur's first year and a half were similar.

Congrats Cubbies

Yeah, still no on them even being kinda sorta a little bit similar as players. They literally share none skills, both just happened to play RF for the Braves at some point.

Yeah, and Heyward doesn't look like he's gonna have as good a career. I doubt he will. Francoeur is a gold glove right fielder with a cannon. They both swing the same and it's caught up to Heyward more so than Francoeur actually.

That's okay, Heyward is a fine RF. Just that he's not a very good offensive player.

Lol, stop already. Mets fans here have been saying weird things backed by nothing but more opinion all year, give it a rest already. Francouer was a garbage player for most, if not all of his career, and his career does not hold a candle to Heyward's.

Dude enjoy the win, really. The same thing that happened to Francoeur is happening to Heyward. It's a very valid comparison because their approach is very similar...long swings. The league caught up to Francoeur and now Heward. Look at what Francoeur did early in his career. He was better than Heyward actually.

Yeah, Heyward is a nice looking athlete and a good Outfielder. He's not a very good offensive player because is approach at the plate is bad and his swing is too loooong.

You really should just give it a rest and stop rambling. A long swing is not an approach. These guys have dramatically different approaches and performances. Francouer does not stack with Heyward, they are not similar performers during their careers, and insisting otherwise is not going to change that. It is all in the numbers. Mets fans here have been relentlessly wrong about the Cubs all year, this is yet another case of that. I'm enjoying the win plenty, this nonsensical "analysis" aside.

That shot of Lebron flexing his muscles tho

Eff Lebron, eff Cleveland, eff the American League. Congrats to the Cubbies, they deserve to wear the crown. That designated hitter pussy BS didn't hold water for the Indians. Play real baseball, coach real baseball, or GTFO.

Talk about rambling, Lol. WTF is that supposed to be. Just a simple comparison and the actual reason for Heyward's difficulties and you're bent out shape. Why would you even care at this point?

Heyward is never gonna have the career Francoeur had in the end. Look at the numbers. You overrating Heyward and underrating Francoeur. But that was never my real point.

The point is their swings are similar and that's the reason why they both tailed off after great starts to their careers. The league caught up to them for the same reason. That was point. Not your Mets fans conspiracy hang up, lol

Look at the numbers.

You really need to stop pretending you know what you're saying here. Sounds like just another miserable, uninformed Mets fan to me - 6 months collectively with this kind of stuff. This comparison would be laughed off on a more serious baseball site. Feel free to lay out these numbers sometime if you actually believe what you're saying, open invite.

It's 12:36 right now. At what time is it appropriate to ask your 75 y/o neighbor to turn off their megaphone siren?

People are literally lighting fireworks in the street up here. Not shooting them up into the sky from the street, just detonating them right there on the street.

Wow....hahaha. The old ad hominem low shots. Lol at the butt hurt over a player on your team that you've deluded yourself over....all this after "your" team has just won a WS.

Like you have some baseball knowledge that this site isn't worthy of...gtfo with that nonsense..... in your make believe world I guess.

Dude the guy sucked, Sorry. It wasn't some unexplainable anomoly that you just right off. It's been like that for a good while now. Oh well, shucks.
