He is sent to blitz on 3rd down or has his chin strap on the line of scrimmage, the other team just passes short crossers or to backs or tes because we only ever use on of our safeties in coverage. If you are relying on a safety to rush the passer and stop the run you are doing it wrong in thus league that is built on the passing game.
