Savage wasn’t wrong in defining Falk a “passer”, typically a weaker armed QB is deemed a passer over a thrower. Brady never possessed a very strong arm, especially coming out of college. To be fair, Falk was a tough eval because if anyone remembers, his Junior year tape was so much better than his Senior year tape. I feel like if he declared after his Junior year he would have been a much higher draft pick.
