This team needs qbs.  Rodgers won’t play more than 10 games next year.  This isn’t about clients and sales calls.  This team needs to score points with and without rodgers.  The guy who saves douglas’ job is mccarthy, not a tackle.  That said I’d be surprised if they don’t take a tackle.  But simian as the backup next season if the jets are in contention and rodgers has to miss 2 games with an injury isn’t cutting it.

The Jets will win this game and beat the Patriots.  It willl be BB’s final last act to screw the Jets-allowing them to win his last game to ensure the Patriots draft pick and push the Jets further down.  Just like he did last year.  

They will draft well enough to get a RT, not a LT.  They will then have the Becton conundrum.

Huff is gone.  

Note that when the Commanders saw the future they traded their edge rushers for compensation/avoid paying them because they did not need edge rushers on a team that could not score. The Jets hoard edge rushers but still can’t score.

There is, but they won't.  They can't.  In fact, they shouldn't.  As soon as they drafted McDonald the ship sailed on Huff.

Oh Saleh, you should have challenged that spot.  His knee never hit the ground.  We need better and quicker booth analysis.

Jets could have challenged that. Conklin's knee was on the pile of players, not the turf. Knee didn't hit the ground until he was past the marker.

Maybe Saleh is trying to tank after all.

No disagreement. But in for a penny, in for a pound. You sign up 39/40 year old Aaron Rodgers, you allow him to sign his pals too(or pretend Joe Douglas surveys the FA and just happens to sign Rodgers-adjacent players). Not saying it makes sense, but that's the reality.

This is the type of sloppy end of season game where players get injured.   These injuries can carry into off season prep/next season.

You keep saying Rodgers will get injured. You know what limits that from happening? Having a good offensive line. Draft a back up qb in rd 1 and the likelihood increases significantly. The goal is to keep Rodgers healthy, not to get him injured so the team has to plug in the back up.
