Watching KC play earlier today and now Detroit it is clear we need to build our offensive line 100%

All of the final 4 teams had very good to terrific olines.

The only time the jets have ever been good in the past?  Good to great olines.

Over build the oline,

Over build the oline,

QBs can’t succeed without protection.  Burrow is an exception, but he is injury prone and they can’t keep him healthy.

The Swifties are like Hobbits in the Shire.

Eminem fans are like Uruk-Hai that drink 4 Loco and chain smoke packs of Winston's or Salems.

I’m familiar with are Eminem, Taylor Swift, Winston’s and Salems. Give me a minute to Google the others?

Detroit got what I hoped the Jets were getting.

Good young coach.  Gm who knows how to build and O and D line.

All of the above and he can draft linebackers, tight ends, safeties, etc. Brad Holmes has put on a clinic since moving to Detroit.

Over build the oline,

I feel like i’ve been saying this for the last half dozen drafts and then watched these idiots take “the best player available” in their estimation.  You do that AFTER you build the o-line.

I thought it was pretty telling that even when they got down two scores, they were still running jet sweeps and quick game. I like Lamar, but the question with him has always been how he’d function if he had to bring his team back from a deficit. It was not pretty.

I like Lamar as well and if they got the jump on KC they could have blown them or anyone out ...the risk like you said and I've been saying for years is what happens if Lamar is forced to throw from the pocket from behind ? They lose.

The Niners have no idea what the Lions can do.

When you expect them to pass they run. When they expect them to run they pass.

I wonder how many Jets fans would have loved Campbell after starting his career 4-19. My guess is that there would have been a lot of comparisons to good ole Richie Kotite.

Oh Smash.  lmfao.

Top 5 most efficient passer in the NFL from the pocket in 2023.  lmfao.

1. Brock Purdy

2. Dak Prescott

3. Lamar Jackson

JIF Lamar is fine when his 2 dimensonal game is working it certainly opens things up but when it becomes one dimensional and he's forced to throw, things just don't go well. You think Lamar could have thrown most of the Dimes Goff is throwing out there tonight ? Teams have to adjust the entire defense to account for Lamar that makes it easy for the Ravens to scheme players wide open and they usually do. But when a team can play them straight up it gets more difficult for Lamar . Yes he is a great talent and yes he will have his great games but he has his limitations and coming from behind vs good to great defenses is not his strong point and I'm not sure it ever will be. What happened today is exactly to a tee what I said "could" happen and it did. Same way the Ravens could have blown them out and Lamar look all world.
