Goes to.show you that the draft is a crapshoot and 50% average is not too bad.  Btw, the Denver RB could be a decent pickup.

Correct. And w/rookie wage scale teams are cutting loose of their picks a lot quicker.

I always thought the belief around NFL was if you hit on 2-3 of your picks each draft you did a good job.

The criticism of Mcc is a little overboard. Just look around at all the cuts. I’m seeing a lot of 2nd/3rd rounds picks being waived from ‘16/‘17 drafts.

The Miami Dolphins are keeping Ryan Tannehill, Brock Osweiler and David Fales as their QBs.

LOL Hackenberg and Petty on the street nice job Mike Maccagnan if Sam Darnold didn't fall to us we would still be without a franchise QB.

Ravens waived WR Breshad Perriman.

The No. 26 overall pick in the 2015 draft, Perriman was a monumental bust for the Ravens. He missed his entire rookie season and managed 43 catches for 576 yards and three touchdowns across 27 games with most of that coming in 2016. The Ravens couldn't even put him on the field last season because he was so bad, even though they badly needed offensive help. Perriman turns 25 in nine days. He'll likely get another look from some other team at some point.

Vikings released WR Kendall Wright.

Laquon Treadwell's emergence this summer made Wright expendable. With Wright out of the picture, expect Treadwell to start opposite Stefon Diggs on the outside with Adam Thielen mostly working out of the slot. Wright led the Bears in both catches (59) and receiving yards (614) last season and shouldn't take long to resurface.

#49ers RB Jerick McKinnon made a cut on the last play of practice, nobody around him and went down. Shanahan says team is concerned about it. "Something with a knee, we'll find out later. We're nervous about it, that's for sure."
