They’d all be upgrades over Frankie Luvu

beggars cant be choosers. We’ll overpay for any FA, That’s the cost of not developing your own talent. Fill the holes. Spend the money. All these guys are available for a reason. We have a ton of Room. Just get some bodies in here.

My thoughts:

Ansah - should only be offered a contract with a low base salary and incentives based on games
played.  He needs to prove he's healthy

Fowler - he's all "name" and "no game".  He hasn't produced on two teams with big talent around
him.  At best he also should get an incentive based contract like Ansah

Smith - is the only one who should get a good offer, he's been consistent

Also keep an eye out for Olivier Vernon the NYG are looking to ditch him:

He's been very consistent when healthy

This makes sense because these are the wrong guys. Ansah is old and banged up. Smith isn’t a pass rusher. Fowler is just bad.

I would have been good with Graham on the assumption that the big get comes through the draft. Since he resigned the Denver guy is better than the Baltimore guy. Frank Clark is a trash human but the only guy worth paying as the #1.
