Mark Gastineau claims he was disrespected by the Jets

So, Gastineau came to the stadium, behaved like an entitled douche, was either belligerent or handsy with an employee, and Neil Glat dealt with it by telling him to stay away from the stadium for a few weeks, which is the most lenient possible penalty for likely sexual harassment. Maybe get a hobby or a job, Mark. The Jets don’t owe you sh*t.

Being treated poorly when you act poorly is something many people fail to recognize as a commonality.

Sounds like Mark's problem was with NEil Glat.  Not the Jets organization.  They offered him a suite, escorted he and his wife to the suite.  Sounds like he got some love from fans.  Aside from a long walk to the suite, when nobody knew of his illness, sounds like the Jets treateed him pretty well at that game.  Not sure what went on with Glat or what Glat's concerns were, but he is gone.

He goes on to say tht this week a Jet staff member contacted him, but he has not heard anything yet.  They just contacted him this week.

Not sure I see the offensive snub Gastineau is complaining about.  Glad to hear he is cancer free.  Hope he reconsiders and shows up for whatever event is planned.

Mark made his bed many times over.  He can damn well lie in it now.

Gotta love utterly classless people who expect class from everyone else.

Alot of people get cancer, alot of truly deeply good people who led far better, and/or had far tougher lives than Mark.

I feel for them.  Not for Mark whining no one wants to give him money or glory now.

Mark could have EASILY been a top 5 Jet of all time and he treated his family, the fans and the Jets poorly as he thought he was bigger than the team.   I feel for him, I really do BUT it is hard to forget what really happened his last 2 years or so.  There's that late hit on Kosar as well.

Perfectly summarized
