Douglas and Saleh have already failed.  Just a matter of time before this entire thing is blown up... again.

Woody likes to stay involved.  Like most owners.  It's not that big of a deal.

End of the day, Woody is mostly just writing checks though.  You're not going to convince me that Douglas and Saleh do not have full autonomy on their draft picks, free agents, coaches, and staff.  The failure lies with them.

This is true. I actually like the fact that Woody is sitting in on exit interviews. I don’t he adds any value with potential responses during these. But I do want him hearing straight from the players what the coaching and managing issues are rather than through the Saleh/Douglas strainer. 
 

I think Woody held on to Rex Ryan 2 years too long directly as a result of being completely tone deaf to the players. He just assumed they all loved Rex (which I’m sure they did) and he was without flaw (he clearly wasn’t).

In short, I will support any process that expedites the removal of Robert Saleh from this organization.

I love this team.  Woody is gliding this thing down.   He is going to clean house without writing any severance checks.  Never happened for him.  

Assistants are on 2 year deals.  So basically everyone expires after the end of this year.  Voila!
