Meanwhile Miami is still working...

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. The Miami Dolphins today announced they have signed quarterback Mike Glennon to the practice squad. Glennon has played in 40 NFL games with 31 starts, most recently starting four games for the N.Y. Giants in 2021.

The Giants selecting Daniel Jones looks so much smarter than what JD did selecting Zach and everyone was like WTF after they took him.

Yes, DJ had/has the athleticism and size to make plays when he’s not throwing the ball particularly well. He’s not Josh Allen — but he’s a watered down version for sure.

One could argue it already started - at about the 8:00 minute mark of the 1st qtr in Seattle.

Saleh is doing exactly the same thing Zach Wilson did after the Patriots game. Does saleh think before he talks? He’s in denial that there’s anything wrong. WE ARE ****ED!

There is zero accountability. They literally are going into next season with the same cast! It's like the second half of the season collapse never happened.

Said this before. The stakes, the standings etc just don’t feel overly important to this organization. They’re taking advantage of an owner because the owner probably doesn’t care all that much either. You get a checked out boss and a paycheck that pays well, people ride it for as long as they can. Saleh and Douglas are set for life money wise already.

Without fist bumps and chest bumps, he serves no purpose. He’s an over paid cheerleader.

“Sure, go out in warmups in costumes, that sounds like fun” :rl:  Saleh needs to wear clown shoes

The other thing is DJ seems to have a better sense to take what is in front of him with his legs than Zach. How many times have we watched Zach run sideways when he could have run for 5 or 7 yards.

I think Woody is just extremely naive and stupid. His priorities are backwards. Winning should be the top priority, but it isn’t. Uniforms, club seats and raising ticket prices are his main concern.

Up until today I did not think there was any chance the Jets discussed a coaching change.

Not that these comments are the worst we have ever heard , but they do give a scary insight

The strange part is the bit of smoke that this created was done by the guy we assume is trying to keep his job.

As much as I despised Rex and thought that Rex was a clown, the one thing I always appreciated about him was that competing and battling were always the most important thing to him and his teams, no matter how sh*tty they were. I never went into a football Sunday with Rex thinking the Jets players weren’t going to try and fight the guy in front of them.

Misleading tweet.  He was asked if Zach should go sit on a beach somewhere after the season and forget about football and he said "yeah".

Nothing to get upset about.

1. Awful job by Costello on his wording of the tweet.

2. still the wrong answer by Saleh

Can you imagine being Duane Brown, playing out the string with a ****ed up shoulder, hearing this?

Imagine being Mike White and having your career in the hands of Duane Brown and his group of Merry Men. One can understand why Mike cowered every time he dropped back to pass this last game.

If Rex is the coach the team is not flat that first drive in Seattle.

It’s all about size, athleticism & not being fearful of a collision. These are things you can’t teach that will always be there as a crutch for a player.

And there it is.

Zach has basically been on a mental vacation 5 of the last 7 weeks.

Saleh's answer needed to be no - he needs to get with the QB coaches and figure out what the hell is wrong if he has any shot of competing for a job in August.

He doesn't sound like a guy very worried about his job. It's fairly safe to say he knows he's coming back.

The Jets leadership doesn't have any better ideas or options

If they fired everyone they'd have to hire Korn ferry or call Payton Manning for advice

The owners just don't know football and that's an unfixable problem
