Wake up They're going to be very bad next year - and when they get blown (and will a lot) it's going to seem like lack of effort....I promise you - next year you'll be screaming to fire whoever the new coach is (although I think Bowles is back) If we ever want to build a program we have to make a choice and stick with it. Bowles' team is not showing much down the stretch here .

Bowles has clearly showed that putting every thing else aside he is an awful awful coach. Take away all the possible excuse and isolate on simple things like discipline, time outs, who is in the the roster, which players are playing where. He is totally atrocious in all of those areas. In my mind there can be no defending this guy at all.
Esquire
Bowles seems like a good man. But for whatever reason this team continues to get blown out and embarrassed. If today doesn't send Woody over the edge then another embarrassing loss next week surely will.
FidelioJet
He won 10 games last year and you were all talking about how great he was - He's been given an awful roster, most guys on IR in the league and now you want him fired. This organization can't be so reactionary.

This organization can't be so reactionary. I just haven't seen anything this year that tells me he can do this for the long haul... He's too stubborn with his playcalling, he moves guys out of position, he had very little leadership, the guys don't react to his speeches, the team comes out flat every game and are outscored in the 1st like crazy, he makes very few halftime adjustments, he sat young players too long and I think that attributed to some guys wearing down over the course of the season... I don't know man, I just haven't seen much that tells me this guy should be steering the ship...
FidelioJet
Mo Wilkerson still being on the field is the biggest problem I have with Bowles. He takes off about half of the plays and the ones he doesn't he only plays about half of that play...

As long as you are not talking about Mac. I just do not understand how you lose a team like this in one season. He lost my vote of confidence kicking a field-goal rather than going down swinging. Seriously? Lets make it a 41-3 game. Hey! We didn't get shut out though!

Saul Goodman
I told myself that there was no outcome for this season, at least record wise, that would cause me to want the team to fire either Maccagnan or Bowles. I still think Mccagnan should get another year, but I am done with Bowles. It's not just the losing, it's how we're losing. 1

Il Mostro
The most damning thing to me is how poor the D is. Bowles is a defensive specialist and cannot even get that side of the ball right. Lack of talent notwithstanding, more alarming is the lack of effort. The team looks flat out lethargic. This is why he needs to go, as do the rest of the coaches and most of the players. Bowles is not the guy to lead this team out of the abyss.

Jetlife33
Still want Bowles as head coach. He was the hottest name for a head coaching job 2 years ago, and we all loved the hire. Not to mention we all loved him up until the Buffalo game last year. And this roster has been destroyed with injury and still doesn't have a QB. One good year, one bad year... let's see what moves we make towards the future. This cycle will never end if we just fire everybody after 2 years or the second things go bad.
