Total BS penalty. Again idea of illegal man downfield is you don't want to allow OL guys to go out and set picks on crossing routes. Not what happened there at all; 2 OL guys got upfield a bit hoping to block on a screen. On a screen pass that barely got upfield, utterly pointless.
