I wouldn't read anything into it.  It just means that he hasn't been offered the job yet.  So why wouldn't he have to go to work?

If I was the Birds I wouldn't have Douglas taking part in any team type stuff until the decision is made.  Just me though

Have not heard a thing about him, but I would assume he is not practicingdue to injury.

I don't care for Douglas. I think he gets credit for the wrong things. I believe there are better options though I would be content with him.
