If around 1971, Jets and Steelers had swapped Namath for Bradshaw (and Namath sobered up a bit, playing in his almost hometown), arguably with that OL, those backs and 2 HoFer WRs, Namath wins 6 more Super Bowls and 2 more MVPs. Bradshaw was a good QB, but he was very fortunate to be in that situation. And he nearly lost his starting slot first to Terry Hannratty and then to Joe Gilliam.
