Just seeing the 49ers TD now.

I love how everyone in the world was expecting the ball to go to CMC except the Seahawks defence. Unforgivable for him to get that space.

McCaffrey is a lot like Curtis Martin in that he’s an extra gear of speed away from being in the GOAT discussion.

Gotta love NFL Twitter. Five minutes ago it was “Purdy looks overwhelmed! Seahawks???” And now it’s “What poise by Brock Purdy. Do the Niners extend him tonight??”

Not much different than the LaFleur fluoroscope graph around here.
He sucks, he’s the only coach we have, he’ll be poached, he sucks, we have to fire him, why did we fire him, he’s going to the Rams, fml

Jim Brown, Barry Sanders and OJ Simpson would like a word with you.

Watching a former Jets QB being coached by a former Jets head coach in the playoffs allows a person to question whether the Jets have ever had the right long-term strategy in terms of development, patience, expectations. To be sure, Geno is an outlier this year, and Pete Carroll always seemed to be a decent coach. But on its face, these situations can be somewhat difficult to stomach.

Is there a strategy that sits somewhere in between waiting 10 years for coffee to brew and today’s “instant coffee” approach?

Can’t wait that long but thinking a rookie HC, OC, and QB not from a big college program just doesn’t cut it. Zach should have sat behind a very capable Vet to keep the team competitive. They knew the kid wasn’t ready and Lafluer didn’t know how to hide his deficiencies along with bad offensive line play.

In his defense he was like 12 when Rex was hired and he’s from the rugged moors of Ireland. He practically grew up on this site. He’s a good kid. He probably doesn’t even know what good n plenty is

I generally go to Twitter for intelligent, measured discourse.

Because our offense is total trash. QB, OC, and Oline.

RBs too. This is one of the worst run defenses in the league and the Jets managed *checks notes* 75 rushing yards. Better than other weeks (like the 12 yard rushing game against JAX) but still not good enough.
