JetsYanks13
It's just a 3 point contest these daysWith the Knicks back in the playoffs, I started to get into it again. I agree the amount of 3 pointers taken is insane. JetsYanks13
Interestingly enough, Knicks started getting calls in the 2nd half, but the game balanced out once the refs kept the calls even. They were getting calls they weren't getting in games 3 and 4. FTs were 29 (Knicks) to 20 (Heat)

Sammybighead
Agreed. That's been my consistent comment game to game. The refs are making atrocious 1 sided calls and it seems the fix is in. Win or lose, knicks should implore the league to launch an investigation. Tim Donaghy part 2.

Chewy and the Jets
Must admit only really started watching the Knicks come playoff time. It seems the Heat are allowed to set violent screens, push in the back, shove while in midair and out of control, and throw elbows to the head without fear of call or reprisal. It's no wonder all of the Knicks are injured. Meanwhile Spoelstra is literally 2 feet on the court complaining every single time he is shown. Nonstop. Same with Lowry and Butler. They will punch you in the face and be outraged if a foul is called. Guess it's pedigree and also superior coaching: ie whine every single call and if you get every other call you are a net winner. Same with the Jets: never get the call and never really see Salah giving them the business. Just taking it lying down. Frustrating to watch to say the least... 1

You need a star, not just a good player, in the playoffs Ewing was the one who invented that (or first got away with it, or whatever the phrasing). Nobody did that until he got this new special treatment of not being called for a travel or up & down. But yeah, certain players would get away with hacking away on D (*coughjordan*) and would never find themselves anywhere near foul trouble, particularly in the playoffs. It was maddening to watch year after year. Like, the guy's great enough without the refs as their on-court 6th man. Even if you've got a star, if someone else's star is brighter that trumps yours. That's how it was and is, though.

Games beyond the Jets aren't must watch for me anymore either.
