jetswin
Lamar never would have had a shot with the Jets. The man is a stud who would have been chased out of here in fitheteen minutes. Think about it. Aging like a fine wine are you drinking today? he's only 27 so aging isn't an issue yet, but he has already had a few of injuries including a knee injury that kept him out of games down the stretch last season including a playoff game. He's been healthy this season, but it's still an issue moving forward.

He was never on the table to come to the Jets. The only purpose for seeking a trade was to establish how much the Ravens were going to pay him. It's moot. And it NEVER was relevant in the first place.
Untouchable
The Jets were never getting Lamar Jackson. Nor was any other team. The dude was also 1-3 in the playoffs prior to today and had finished the previous two seasons on IR. Do Jets fans just genuinely enjoy punching themselves in the balls for no reason? Popular Post Maxman
If the Jets would have drafted Lamar, Adam Gase would have told him to stop running the ball early in his career. They would have made a pocket passer out of him and had him fail. 3 2 3
Popular Post Bleedin Green
I think we all know Christian Hackenberg was really a Lamar Jackson in the making if not for the Jets.

As jet nut and others told me, I couldn't know Hackenberg was bad because he never played in an NFL game. So.. really we have no way of knowing that he wasn't actually better than lamar.

Hex
If you're talking drafted, I can see that. He was fortunate to get drafted to the Ravens, and the type of player he is would not do well on the Jets as a rookie. Now? He's a developed player. Yea, on the Ravens he's definitely better, but he would have made a sizable difference on the Jets. Now that it matters. He was never leaving the Ravens.
