-- Raise your hand if you're fed up with the New York Jets' season and want to look ahead to 2017.

Good, because here's the ideal elixir -- the non-divisional schedule. It's all set :

HOME

Kansas City

San Diego

Atlanta

Carolina

Jacksonville

AWAY

Denver

Oakland

New Orleans

Tampa Bay

Cleveland

Idk if the AFC West is weaker than the AFC North, NFC South is probably just as strong as the NFC West now too. Other than Cleveland and Jacksonville our schedule is just as hard as last year. 6-10 baby!!

stop smoking that stuff. TB and Carolina are garbage, ATL overated. Jacksonville, Cleveland again. KC at home this time too 10-6

LOL at this...What are we? You have used adjectives to describe teams with MUCH better situations and futures than ours. ATL TB CAR KC(not as much) all have FRANCHISE QB's, what do we have? We have NOTHING! Zero. If anyone is smoking anything it is you my friend if you think this looks easy today. I am not saying it won't change because if I start believing we will lose all of these games like the team always does 7 months before the season even starts, next season will be as frustrating as this one is.

We go over this every year. Very few teams stay the same from the year prior. The schedule difficulty is unknown.

Plus there will be many changes between now and next year. Jax has talent beyond their record, and sometimes a bit of "new coach syndrome" can turn these teams into contenders their first season. Just look at our 2015 season for an example.

Players will retire (Drew Brees anyone?), rosters will turn over, and it'll all be very different by next Sept.

It's not the schedule, it's us, this team.  I don't see us improving under Bowles so it's only a dim hope that the season will be good.  His ST stunk in 2015 & 2016.  His defense is worse year over year.  His offense is markedly worse year over year.  Where is the hope coming from for 2017?

Tampa bay and Carolina would kick our asses right now ; our secondary would make Matt Ryan look like Y.A. Tittle ; KC will probably shut us out na dwe would struggle with Jacksonville and Cleveland . 5-11 at best new year .

With this coaching staff & that schedule, Jets will have the number 1 pick in the draft in 2018. It will be the year we finally get our franchise QB, unless he holds out & demands to be traded because his father has decided there is no way in hell he's letting his son play for Todd Bowles & Woody Johnson. That could happen.

Knowing our luck Cleveland , the Rams, Chicago and Cincinnati all go 0-16 and we end up only picking 5th and thus missing out on the 4 blue-chip QB's that end up coming out in 2018

Cleveland and Cincinnati both cannot go 0-16 as they are in the same division.:D
