Popular Post Jetsfan4life90
Hopefully not at 48. He'd be a good pick at 68

I do think if all the big WR are gone(which I doubt) he may be our pick at 48 or we move down a little and get him in the 59s and get another pick

Just not sure when. It all depends on who is available with our 2nd rd pick.
Popular Post jetstream23
WR is the priority. Edge if an elite guy like Gross-Matos drops to 48. But Hennessey at 68 or 79 would be a good move. That would immediately push McGovern to RG, Van Roten at LG and Winters goes bye-bye and saves us $8M. 7
Popular Post TheNuuFaaolaExperience
If he projects to be a 10 year starter, you take him, and even reach for him. I know nothing about him other than his last name is also a drink. 2 2

PepPep
This would make sense but remember when the Jets were 'looking closely at Ruggs'? LOL Bottom line, the Jets may like Hennessy but we really don't know who they will take. This could all be smoke. 1

Untouchable
If he’s there at #68, I have no objections. But none of the interior OL left on the board are worth taking in the Top 50 IMO. Ruiz was the only one and he’s long gone. Grab a receiver in the 2nd

Popular Post ScarletKnight89
We need Becton to lose about 20 pounds and give it to Hennessey who needs to add about 20 pounds. Teamwork! 1
AFJF
Bleacher report did an updated round 2/3 mock today and have Hennessy off the board at 38.

Defense Wins Championships
If this is true? Great. But all of the top WR's will be pretty much be gone and down to slim pickings. So if we're not attacking the WR position first two rounds? Well then we better walk away with two explosive offensive play makers in Kmet (TE) and Akers (RB) as both are ranked top 5 @ their respected positions. Followed by Van Jefferson 4th Rd WR. Becton (LT). Hennessey (C). LT/C 1-2 first time since 2006. Kmet (TE). Akers (RB). Van Jefferson (WR). I'd love that ala 5 talented offensive players while completely re-vamping our offensive attack around Sam Darnold. 2021 better be a RD1 WR or I'll blow a head gasket. Going Brick/Mangold wasn't sexy 2006 but it was awesome.
Dcat
Hennessey at C, McGovern and Van Roten at the guard positions (McGovern prefers G to C and is better at it). Lewis and Edoga for depth? Winters.... to free agency

TheClashFan
Take best WR at 48, then best OL (C, hopefully) at 68. Then WR again at 79. 2

SR24
If both Pittman and Hennessey are on the board at 48 take Pittman. Trade up from 68 Into the 50s to get Hennesey, Cut Winters use the money to sign Logan Ryan and that’s a hell of an offseason
