Seahawks defense only team to ever allow more than 1,200 passing yards through three weeks

Jamal Pro Adams is such a swiss army knife he's holding a struggling Seahawks defense together enough to get W's. This trade saved the Seahawks season. The Prez deserves to finally be rewarded by being on a winning team and BFF's with Mr. Unlimited. He'll prolly have to change his number once Ciara's girlfriends get a hold of it.

And now with Jamal on the shelf, the defense will plummet from # 32 to # 32!  The horror!

We opted for @Jetsfan80 and @HessStation.

As much as I love and respect @HessStation and would ordinarily be honored to serve alongside him, I will not be your excuse for not being able to prevent the mutiny that's coming.

I want no part of being your empty suit co-Captain.  Hess is hereby installed as King, is dissolving your silly "committee", and will remain ruler for as long as he sees fit.

His staring at cameras while hurt all 4th quarter vs. Dallas was Brian Piccolo-like inspiration to Russell Wilson. You cannot put a price on that, Or $19 million per over 4 seasons.

They were supposed to play the theme to "Brian's Song". I want my money back.

P.S. That's hilarious.

By the way for those looking at passing yards as some kind of metric

The teams that go up double digits give up passing yards over the course of the game. It's garbage time

Meanwhile teams that are losers like the Jets keep their passing totals low because they are down double digits and the other team is killing clock

Seahawks are giving up 29 ppg. Jets are giving up 28 ppg when you deduct for Darnold’s two pick-sixes

the week 2 and 3 games were back and forth affairs but when a team goes up 28-11 as they were week 1 vs ATL there's going to be cheap passing yards given away in dump offs and over the middle etc

they aren't being nice but teams want to put the game to bed so to speak

kind of like how the Colts were resting their starting skills in 4q, trying to protect Rivers etc and Jets fans say "hey GW's defense is middle of the pack in passing yards"  - it's a false metric

GW's defense is terrible don't let the stats fool ya

the only real stat in the NFL are wins and stars are what make wins happen not cap space or 2021 draft picks

Going out on a limb here and suggesting that the Seahawks are still 3-0 without Adams and the Jets are 0-3 with Adams, but instead we have two 1’s and a third for the privilege of both teams fielding defenses that are massive liabilities.

ok im going out on a limb here and saying

-when a team trades their best player by far for picks it sends a message to the locker room that this year is for crap

-message part 2 to the locker room also we are going to replace you next year, with seahawks draft picks

-CJ mosley opting out like a week later was related to the 33 trade

-all these hamstrings and whatever are related to the 33 trade

-whatever backbone or fight this team had left the day they traded 33 (and I told you this before the trade by the way). the Jets culture wasn't much but now it's nothing

-does that make them 0-3, who knows but they'd be better. they are going to be winless this year and maybe that's a good outcome in TS land but it that goes back to the 33 trade

as for the Seahawks

-the opposite is true when a team trades a first round pick or two the entire locker room gears up for an all-in year

-the point of this exercise is to win the super bowl even if they come up short, they are correct for TRYING

-they absolutely lose the Pats game without 33 (who made several huge plays and they ran away from him towards the end)

**
in summary we can and will revisit this trade for years but these are looking like late first round picks at the moment possible even 31 or 32

This year is for crap. The reason the Jets suck is because their players are terrible and their coach is an idiot. The reason the Seahawks are good because they have a god-tier QB. This sh*t about feelings is just a way of dressing up your philosophy that all Jets players are good and deserve to be paid whatever they ask for.
