Popular Post JetBlue
Wow, wow, wow. Man oh Man. This last two weeks of playoff football (and even before that) has showcased some of the most entertaining football I have seen in years. Being a Jet fan, sometimes it is easy to forget why we fell in love with this game in the first place. So interesting that every game seems to have come down to a game winning field goal as time just about expired. I mean Brady marches is team down the field to score and tie the gam with just 40 plus seconds and Stafford pulls a Brady and gets his team in Field goal range with just 4 second left. Then I think about the Titans Bengals game. Burrow is sacked 9 TIMES and because of a tipped pass interception, he is able to get his team in range for game winning FG as time expires. Then the 49ers, not to be outdone, perform the same magic in front of the Green Bay Faithful and a helpless Aaron Rogers. All three road teams came away victorious this weekend. What an incredible follow up to a great Wild Card Playoff Weekend. I know the fans of the losing teams must be truly heartsick this weekend but for the neutral fan, this was why we watch. 10 2
RoadFan
Entertaining? It has been a comedy of errors! The Eagles and Steelers, #7 seeds, didn’t even belong in the playoffs and were an utter embarrassment. An early whistle. Tannehill. Packers special teams. Nine sacks. The Rams? 4 fumbles, a stupid snap, a 47 yard FG short. First Evans, and then Kupp getting behind single coverage in those situations? This has been maybe the worst playoff football I have ever seen… 1 3 2

More Cowbell
Actually even though it had a dramatic finish, the Rams/TB game was like who can make the most mistakes and still win. What was McVay thinking sticking with Ackers after he fumbled on the one yard line.

Beerfish
The NFL does every thing in its power to make itself awful and unwatchable and they still cant screw up this great game in the end.

fullblast
They need to get rid of that 7th playoff team but the reality is they’ll probably add an 8th pretty soon. Wild Card round was suspect, no one needed to watch Philly or Pittsburgh. That said if the Jets make it in as a 9-8 7th seed next year you damn well believe I’m taking all kinds of trash.

Can just relax and watch football.

Jimmy 2 Times
The divisional round has always been the best weekend of playoff football as a neutral viewer. Wild Card and Championship week usually suck.

I was so confused at first when the refs were waiving that kick as no good.

Dunnie
Yeah .. with my insomnia ... THIS is why I WATCH .... the NFL used to have a weekly show that had QB competitions throwing at moving tagets in the 80s ... there was no defense .. just skillz ....The game today is even less exciting.Kinda like playing video games ... they eventually become a bore..... Richard Todd, Ken OBrien, Chad Pennington, Mark Sanchez, Genope, Sam Darnold ...
