Hire one of the fatties. You don’t need a HC that looks like the strength and conditioning coach. You need a HC that spends his off time sitting on his fat ass watching film not going to the gym.

Martindale does seem like another Bowles “the fix is in” type of candidate who everyone in the NFL likes and wants to get a HC job, but maybe he is not the leader executive type, just the ringleader coordinator type.,
