Time to start Geno or Petty

Jets Daily Dosage.

The writing is on the wall guys. 6 interceptions for Fitz today, could have easily been more with multiple dropped picks. And a Pick six. Wildly inaccurate the whole game. Fitz has proved time and time again he cannot perform against above average teams. Mr. 12 million dollar man smh

Let Geno or Petty start next week, and let's see what they can do with these offensive weapons. I am tired of Fitzpatrick's noodle arm, and terrible decision making. Atleast Geno and petty are young, and can (hopefully) improve

Petty hasn't practiced in weeks and isn't in game shape. The Jets season isn't over, they aren't going to bench the starter at this point. It makes zero sense to change to any QB available to them now.

This. Jet fans need are brutal. We get it.. terrible game. 6 interceptions especially when you are in the red zone 3 times but I don't think switching up is smart.

Today's performance requires that some re-evaluation be done. When has any starting QB thrown 6 picks like that?

It really doesn't. They did all their evaluations in the offseason and decided they'd rather go with Fitz and draft Hack than even remotely think about the back up. Nothing is changing at the QB position any time soon.

Fitz never plays well against decent team. He's the biggest choke artist in the game. Starting the other guys is the only way to go.

If you're gonna bench Fitz, it's gotta be for Petty.

If they were going to bench Fitz after this game, which they should but they won't, it couldn't be for Petty because he isn't going to be ready for a few more weeks.

Starter? He's the definition of "fcuk, why didn't we learn from the Buffalo mistake?"  Fitz makes Geno look like a starter.

How much you want to bet? If you think anyone other than Fitz is under center versus the Seahawks, you're either very naive or very clueless.

I honestly couldnt understand that one. You sit him. Doesnt mean he's cut or demoted or anything of that nature but Fitz was clearly in over his head. You dont let your starter go out there to continue throwing INT's.

Yes just like a pitcher in MLB... Stop the damage... Why even have backup QBs?

Yeah making a change now would be a panic move. Fitz should get a longer leash than this but I just don't think you will ever win a Super Bowl with him. The good news is this team fumbles often, so he isn't the only reason they won't win it.

His leash should have been 4 INTs long.... 5 broke the leash... 6 was him getting hit by a car

Thats nonsense. The inability to adapt is a killer.
