However they all kept him around and moved him from position to position and he's worked on both sides of the ball. I watched two different interviews and the guy is hyper intelligent. He actually reminds me a little bit of Parcells. No I'm not comparing him to Parcells or saying he is Parcells. He just looks and Carries himself in a similar way.
