Be ready for a new regime in 2025

Johnson voiced his displeasure with last season's 7-10 finish, essentially putting Douglas and coach Robert Saleh on notice. Perhaps not coincidentally, nearly every veteran acquisition in the offseason was signed to a one-year contract. Notably, Rodgers, 40, has only one year remaining in guaranteed money

One agent theorized Johnson is reluctant to dole out a mega-contract, hedging his bets in case he decides to start over in 2025.

I know we're 2-0 in 2024 but is it too late in the process to fire Saleh and hire Mike Vrabel?

We would have to get into a bidding war with all of his other suitors. Could be tough to land such a wanted HC in Vrabel.

Trust the process....  JD has given us a solid roster. It's not an exact science.

Remember Idzig, MacCagnan, Tannenbaum left us devoid of talant

I like the roster.  I have a lot of questions about the CS though.

What’s that saying ; pride before the fall or something like that ?

It’s funny because these 300 IQ goofys really think the flaky hippie will save them

Rodgers only has one SB for a reason

Fresh off the heels of six Jets players making the NFL top 100 list, this Reddick situation has been like an adrenaline loaded shot of negativity for some of you.

The football gods have answered your prayers.  Soak it up before this team *starts winning games and getting you down all over again.

*pending the remaining uprightedness of Aaron Rodgers.

What would they all be yapping about if Reddick were not a situation?  No doubt they would find something else and abuse it.

Nope

winning the division and hosting a playoff game this year

You think that’s good enough? I don’t. They’re going to need a new QB next year and I’d like JD to not be responsible for picking that person. He’s done enough QB damage.

Been saying this basically from free agency on. No long term deals given, no big trades that impact future drafts, no extensions. JD was given a short leash this year. Woody is giving them one last chance in a way that won’t hurt this team if they have to clean house. Thats why we saw the one year deals and that’s also why there is literally zero chance Reddick is getting a big extension. JD isn’t allowed to do it.

There's a higher likelihood that Saleh & JD are extended in 6 months than they are fired, IMO. Get ready for that

Possibly, unless we make it 15th year in a row.  KC, Dolphins, Chargers, Steelers, Bengals, Browns, Bills are favorites in the AFC over the Jets (IMHO).
