If Fitz can't lead them to a W next week, I think you have to eat the $12 million and move on. Play all 3 of the crappy backups and decide if any are worth keeping for next year. This roster is clearly in need of a complete overhaul with quarterbacks. The fact that we have a guy that's thrown 8 picks in two weeks that can't be replaced because everyone else below him sucks even worse is completely unacceptable.
