He ran the 3rd and long draw which has been a staple for the Jets the last 8 years. Maybe it has to do with the QB but either way it turned me off. True, the interview is very important. Which might put people who just coached a game (eg Richards) or still coaching (eg Bienemy) at a disadvantage.
