Jets just drafted a starter in the sixth round. Can't quibble too much.

Think about it - the jets turned pick 48 into mims, Perine and Clark.  All offense, and all could wind up contributing this year.  That’s how you draft.

I can’t ever remember feeling like this on draft day across multiple picks. 
 

as messed up as it was hiring JD after the draft, spending an entire year with the team allowed him to really get to know the coaches and players and his first draft has been a total.....,,

Over/under on wrs drafted at this point would have been 2.1 for me.  Makes me wonder if the jets are going to pull something after the draft with a team that drafted wrs and can afford to part with a vet.

The Jets has a ton of holes though.  I know people dont want to hear that but it’s just the way it is.  This is gonna take another year or two.  Douglas doing a great job.  We got Mims and still can get another in the 6th or UDFA or trade

Hill is interesting, he could play right away.

Alshon Jeffrey, book it. I think the Eagles will take on some of his salary to get rid of him now that they added 3 WR's this weekend

I wouldn’t want to try to incorporate three rookie WRs during a shortened camp. It’d be a disaster

Probably good for 40-50 rec. Good RZ target for Sam. Plus they need professional Wrs that Darnold can count on. As long as you're not looking to make him the #1 I'm fine with it.
