We started Sanchez, Smith and Darnold before we should have so what could go wrong with doing the same DUMB thing for the fourth time in a ROW!!!! It's obvious that this organization (no matter who is in charge) can't develop a QB...I mean, one franchise QB in a half century? I think the kid needs to time to learn the position. Might as well learn on the job. What we need though is a fan base that understands the talent level on the offense is probably the worst in the NFL - and not expecting Zach to look like a seasoned professional on this garbage roster. I just want to insulate him from what is going on here. I heard his post-game presser and he sounded more professional and more committed to the franchise than the coach did. Last thing we need is for him to get more seriously injured behind this sh*thole OL. Draft Linderbaum and Petite at RT in round 2. Sign a top FA guard and TE. In which case, Zach should never have started as a rookie and been handed the job with no competition. This injury sucks. It also might save these coaches from themselves. Get Zach the red shirt season he needed. I’d trade a condition 5th to Jax for Minshew now.
