Outside of you naming a RT, which is kind of important, the Jets biggest issue was the blocking scheme. This OL didn’t know what they were doing 60% of the time, how are you planning to fix this. Please remember Saleh likes hiring people he knows.

Your problem is the same as what doomed this season, there’s no backup qb.  And the backup qb is going to play a lot and need to win games even if rodgers returns for (gasp) a playoff game.  Jets should try to get one of those rookies with the vision of grooming that guy to be the backup and also take over for rodgers.  Get mccarthy

Whatever happens at the QB position post Rodgers ... One thing is certain.. this team cannot ever again draft a project QB. The guy that comes in here needs to be a polished diamond that can tell this HC and OC how to win games offensively.

I think overall this board could do ok. Anything is better than what the Jets are doing. It would be interesting for sure haha.

Who cares about backup qb.  There is 1 good one in the league in gardner minshew and hes staying with his buddy stichin in indy.

You are not winning if rodgers is lost for the season anyway.

Trade for Devante Adams or Grab Tee Higgins in FA
Draft a QB and OG either 3&4
Minshew,Baker,or Tannehill.
Whichever would understand he is a backup for Rodgers with possibility of taking over after a year or 2
Rds 5/6/7 Ol,Ol,WR
