When has draft position ever worked for us anyways? Everyone groans about missing out on TLaw because of an extra win. 

But if we won a couple more games that year, maybe we wouldnt have wasted our pick on him to begin with.

Could have had Parsons, Chase, Pitts, or Waddle if we won a few more and removed ourselves from that conversation.

Its always better to pick higher in a lost season.  Always.  Even if you don't like the players at the top of the board, it provides you with enormous draft capital.

Not to mention we picked Sauce # 4 overall and that's worked out pretty well so far, so....
