I am rarely anti-coach but Saleh has proven time and time again he can’t get teams ready

Saleh sucks no doubt, but Douglas has been just as bad for 6 years.

We're repeating the same exact narratives that were carried on around here in 2018 about Bowles and Maccagnan, a perspective of "it was all the coach" that was completely senseless then, and still continues to be shown as more ridiculous with each passing year.

These two need to be sent packing together, with absolutely no reason for any exception.  The coaching is an issue, but the problems very clearly start higher than that.  Ownership isn't going anywhere, so you start with the guy actually paid to put this team together, both the roster and the staff, making the same mistakes over and over again, while hanging his hat almost entirely on the overrated top of a single draft.

Doing anything but tying their careers together would be as foolish as when it allowed Mac to hire Gase, except only worse when repeating the same exact proven failure the very next time.

I can’t help but think the same thing.  Bobby’s teams always seem to be unprepared and this game was even worse because they had an extra couple of games to get ready.  I have said it before that the jets get too full of themselves.  They probably penciled in a win and now they get to go to London and play a pretty hot Vikings team.  They are staring right at 2-3 if they don’t get their collective azzes together.  And not only that, but Rodgers was injured so it’s very possible he won’t play next week.

All we hear is that the players love him. Of course they do he never disciplines them and sure he is a good guy. However tyat doesn’t win games. You need to make in game adjustments and also throw the hammer down when the team week after week commit numerous penalties

This team has talent. This team is not in cap hell or near cap hell. The team has young talent at key positions. How is it practical to move away from JD other than his refusal to fire Saleh after last season?

JD has done some good thing just he has also made some real blunders.  For example the defense is not as good because hevmade some bad misjudgments

Roster for this season is baked into the cake. Other than moving Reddick, there's isn't much else. The Douglas discussion is not really an issue until January. 

So the question becomes is has Johnson seen enough suck to make a move to Ulbrich or Gruden or somebody else. Or is he gonna let this sheetshow unspool with this loser Saleh? It's a win right f___in' now team. And spare the Pats, the team has looked like garbage juice to start the 3 other games. He's always been patient but don't think patience solves anything. FIRE THIS CLOWN NOW.

Head coach in NFL is THE most impactful and import job in all of the major sports. Jets have had awful coaches, because the owner sucks and hires people who let him tinker, no good coach would allow woody to tinker. Saleh is a joke, been saying it from year 1

The defense is still plenty good. It’s strange to complain about the defense when they let up 10 pts and 60 yards passing. 

Doesn’t mean that the Reddick stuff was okay. It’s still a mess but it’s not franchise ending or a tragedy.

Let Saleh version 2 ulbrich , audition for next year.Teams and owners and gms do not like making changes in season but time and again it actually does make a difference.

I'll still say one of the biggest blunders this team has made in the last 15 years was hiring hackkett, just a complete stupid fail.
