Okay but that’s kind of blaming an employee for doing a job you’re supposed to do.  Saleh is supposed to know enough about offense to determine what kinds of plays should be in the game plan.

Would anyone be surprised if Saleh wanted to fire Rodgers buddy and instead he's the one gone? Even though the offense is the problem?

Would not surprise me.  Rodgers and Hackett are going to have their intestines torn out by the fans and media in front of the world if the offense  continues to suck.
