Unless you've been hiding under a rock, the Jets have one of the worst teams in the NFL The defense is embarrassing. Of course we need to change the atmosphere; that is a no-brainer. The culture right now is to expect to lose the game. That needs to change, and bringing in winners will help accomplish that.
